I was talking to someone about throwing, and they said, “I have to find my velo again.”

It’s not always mechanics, people. It’s rarely the mechanics. It’s usually the ability to access the amount of energy you need to be your max capacity.

You probably have stress from your life. Your girlfriend broke up with you. You’re stressed about your family. You’re stressed about school. You’re stressed about working out early. Your body is just run down, and you’re thinking your mechanics is the reason you’re six-miles-an-hour down.

In reality, it could be a little timing, but it’s probably that you’re just kind-of run down from just life.

You have to accept that, and find a way to dismantle that, and maybe use the stress to access what you want.

There’s a reason people in a game jump higher dunking on somebody than in practice. There’s a reason people throw harder in a game than in a bullpen.

Because the expectation and the ability they want to win outweighs what they can provide in a practice or bullpen setting.

“We take our own approach when it comes to finding the path for you. We start with a full body assessment and then determine your body’s capacity. We find ways to go back to the basics and find a way to turn the brain off and just play. We have more of a holistic approach compared to the industry. Our favorite thing is to throw gas and win on the mound and mold players to do the same thing.

“We’ve helped hundreds of players gain velocity, get rid of anxiety, create confidence they never thought they would have, look at baseball in a different lens, and much much more. We are trying to help people gain perspective on what they are trying to accomplish. We are just helping shape real humans that want to keep playing baseball.”
