Conference rankings tell a lot about the story of college baseball. A team’s record certainly can be placed into context depending on their conference. Non-conference games certainly factor in as well, although geography and climate have a huge impact on quantity of home vs. away games and thus, wins and losses.

Here are conference rankings midway through the 2026 season.

Notes:
Win-loss % of all teams in the conference is the primary factor.
Strength of schedule is a key factor.
Quantity of home vs. away games is also factored in.
